UI update

Updated the UI a bit, some of it looks pretty bad but I've decided that most of the pixel art in the game will be 8 by 8 now.

Changes:

- New UI elements including: icons for stats, build menu on the right and a blue & orange background for it.

Fixes:

- Fixed some structures not showing when placed.
